You can book the Culinary Workshop and its unique setting for yourself and your personal guests. With the help of a professional Chef in your own private class, you can create a menu of pure gastronomic delight, at a cost of only €180. He will also show you how to create an elegant table arrangement to receive your guests.

Cooking Demonstrations
For associations, groups, etc. (minimum 10, maximum 30))
Sit back and enjoy a cooking demonstration with a step-by-step commentary by the Chef himself.
Sample the recipes and the carefully selected wines chosen to complement them (2½ hours)

Gourmet Entertaining :
For family or professional celebrations (between 20 and 70 guests)
The Culinary Workshop and its perfect setting will make for a truly memorable occasion. Gather around your private Chef in his kitchen and learn how your pre-dinner cocktail or other gastronomic recipes are prepared. From €55.
Culinary Art Seminars :
For Companies (maximum 12 persons)
The Culinary Workshop can offer you a cookery course designed to develop closer relations with your customers or colleagues. Following the same set of recipes, each participant will discover the pleasure of gourmet cooking in a warm and friendly environment. This will be followed by the food tasting, enhanced by carefully selected wines. The Class, with first course, main course and dessert, starts at €180 per person (depending on the ingredients used).
Gourmet Food and Wine Weekend :
A Gastronomic Feast accompanied by splendid wines
While spending a weekend as a guest, indulge your taste for gastronomy in the heart of one of France’s most celebrated wine-growing areas, SAVENNIERES. You’ll find that the Culinary Workshop provides a magnificent setting in which to enjoy your cookery class with a professional Chef ; you’ll be able to enjoy a cookery demonstration, food tasting, a gourmet dinner, with a night in a chambre d’hôte, a visit to a vineyard and, of course, wine-tasting. Brunch on Sunday is also provided.
From Saturday morning till Sunday lunchtime, prices starting at €530 per person (maximum 6).
