open to all (from 10am to 1:30pm or from 6pm to 9:30pm)

An introduction to gastronomy. Prepare a three course meal step by step with the Chef.
First course, main course and dessert (2½ hours plus 1 hour to enjoy the meal) - €85 per person (12 maximum).

For cooking enthusiasts - full day (from 9:30am to 2:30pm or from 5pm to 10pm)

Spoil yourself preparing three exquisite recipes using the finest foods in season (e.g. scallops, lobster, foie gras, suckling lamb, and other delicacies). Learn to be creative with the hors d’œuvre, to combine all the sumptuousness of fresh ingredients for the main course, and enjoy the pleasure of pure indulgence with the desert ; wines to suit the menu. €135 per person (6 maximum).
